About Us
Hello, I’m Jodi. My family’s military journey brought me from Texas to the Pacific Northwest, where I found my passion in empowering parents to become the healthiest versions of themselves during life’s most challenging times. With extensive experience supporting parents—especially those navigating transitions such as divorce, separation, and early parenthood— I am dedicated to recreating opportunities for growth and new paths for healing through self-empowerment tools, and resilience strategies. I hold a Master’s degree in Juvenile Forensic Psychology and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My future goals are to advance my clinical practice as a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of WA.

Our flagship program, the Mandatory Co-Parenting Seminar, is designed to support parents navigating separation or divorce. This seminar equips parents with the tools and understanding necessary to prioritize their children’s well-being during familial transitions.
1:1 Life Coaching & Parental Consultations
Personalized sessions providing expert guidance to help individuals and parents set goals, navigate challenges, and strengthen their roles through individualized support.
Foundational Parenting Period & Early Childhood Support
This program prepares and equips parents with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to address the evolving needs of their children, promoting healthy development and strengthening the parent-child relationship.
